Pre Sale Questions

When we purchase cards for resale we check all cards to ensure they are within our high level tolerance of acceptability. Something we cant control e.g. aging of cards over time but we keep all cards as safe and protected as possible and ensure that the cards reach you as they are pictured on the website.

Preperation for shipping is a key part of our process. We ensure that your products are secure, Wrapped thoroughly and then packaged with strong packaging to make give your items maximum protection

We offer refunds and exchanges based on specific products and conditions:


All cards are sold as seen unless the items are damaged through shipping which will be handled through our shipping providers. Please be aware that we require video evidence of the package being opened upon delivery and evidence of the item being pulled with the damage shown.

Wax / Boxes

Aslong as the item is still within its factory sealed packaging we can offer both full refunds, exchange or credit and that will be released to you once we have recieved the item back and can confirm it meets our return criteria

Sell / Consign FAQ

We Pay up to 85% comps based on the card popularity. This helps us manage our stock levels and provide the best cards to our customers. Condition also plays a part into price so all offers are not final until we receive and confirm with you and if both parties of happy to sale can continue and you will be paid out within 24 hours.

We offer competitive rates to benefit you and our customers.

  • Value Less than 500 - 15%
  • Value Greater than 500 - 10%

We keep cards consigned for up to 90 days. We will contact you once the 90 days is up.

If you request your card back or your items do not sell within the 90 days you will be required to pay $10 for retrieval shipping and insurance.

We will contact you 3 times via email, Phone & Text and if we do not receive communication back your cards will be forfeited to us
